6.2 Code of Conduct Business Ethics from the Bank’s vision: To become the recommended bank of choice by our customers, the Bank communicates to employees to understand the corporate culture “I CARE” including the Board of Directors has established a code of conduct for directors and employee. (Full details of the code of conduct are disclosed on the Bank’s website) Whereby all directors and employees have signed and are obliged to strictly adhere to the code of conduct in order to act in their regular work. This leads to the creation of trust from stakeholders. • Employee honesty, confidentiality and not using inside information for the benefit of oneself or others.
