Directors’ Bonus The Board has important role in policy’s setting, oversee the Bank’s performance, and there are strong and sustain performance. The Board fairly set the directors’ bonus in proper rate and consistent with the Bank’s performance as well as comparable to that of the industry in which the Bank operates. The Nomination, Remuneration and Corporate Governance shall consider the directors’ bonus, and then propose it to the Board for endorsement, and also include it in the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders for approval. The Board shall ensure that the Bank discloses the bonus of each individual director in the reports such as one report in compliance with the regulatory requirements.
